目前於台灣元智大學攻讀管理學博士學位，研究方向涵蓋國際企業管理與組織管理。憑藉工商管理學術背景，以及教育、商業與國際交流的實務經驗，她積極協助優秀泰國人才了解台灣就業市場，並協助台灣企業與合適的泰國專業人才建立有效連結。

透過在韜睿丰人資顧問的角色，珍珠持續支持台泰人才合作，期望建立更穩定且具長期價值的跨國人才夥伴關係，為企業帶來優質的海外人才招聘服務，創造企業與人才雙贏的發展機會。

Wunwareen Mungkungsoowan (Zhenzhu) is an Advisory Council Member at Taoruifeng HR Consulting Co., Ltd., supporting talent connections between Thailand and Taiwan.

She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management at Yuan Ze University, Taiwan, where her research focuses on international business and organizational management. With an academic background in business administration and practical experience in education, business, and international communication, she is committed to helping Thai professionals access career opportunities in Taiwan while supporting Taiwanese employers in connecting with qualified candidates.

Through her role at Taoruifeng HR Consulting, Zhenzhu contributes to cross-border talent collaboration and promotes long-term workforce partnerships between Thailand and Taiwan.
